Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College Hospital & Research Centre is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and recognized by the Medical Council Of India.
Our undergraduate intake capacity is 120. We are running postgraduate courses in 14 disciplines and have 42 degrees and 14 Diplomas permitted by the MCI.
Our 1000 bedded MVP Hospital has renewed our focus, heightened our energy and enthusiasm and increased our commitment to advance our institute into becoming one of the premiere health care centers in the country. With its state of art technology and having team of efficient consultants, super consultants and paramedical personnel, it is landmark in medical diagnosis and treatment. With an area spanning 3 lac 20000 sq.ft. and having well equipped Out Patients Departments, Spacious Wards 12 Operation Theaters, ICU,NICU,TICU,PICU this monumental structure is dedicated to the service of humanity.
Our excellent infrastructure includes CT Scan, MRI, Color Doppler, Dialysis units, 24 hrs functioning Computerized Central Laboratory, Blood Bank and Eye Bank.

The College Building houses pre clinical and Para clinical departments. It is beautiful spacious & well designed. The college has huge airy well equipped laboratories, demonstration rooms, 4 lecture theatres with all kind of audio visual facilities and a Central Library as its salient features.

Over the years around 2000 graduates have passed out from this institute. Most of them have done their post graduation and are practicing as consultants and super consultants both at home and abroad.

Besides academic activities we hold multi diagnostic camps and eye camps in all talukas of Nashik district and take health care to the door steps of the needy poor people.

Here I would like to emphasize the fact that our Late Gen Secretary Dr. Vasant Pawar Sir, was been personally involved in the progress of our institute and it was under his dynamic leadership that most of its ventures have seen the light of day. Behind every advance of the human race is a germ of creation growing in the mind of some lone individual. An individual whose dreams waken him in the night while others contentedly sleep that was our Gen Secretary and under his vigilance we are bound to cross many more frontiers.
